THE TORRICE FAMILY, S. G. TORRICE OWNERSHIP

We would like to start by personally thanking you for your years of support and business. Since 1958, the cornerstone of our success has been you, our loyal customers. You have enabled us to grow our father’s dream from two employees in an old wooden building beneath the grandstand of Melrose high school to the multi-branch, full-service HVAC distributor of heating and cooling equipment that we are today. We know that more than ever, our customers serve as the lifeblood to our industry, and our business.

Our aim continues to be to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services in the HVAC industry. Over the past six-plus decades, we have acquired the finest lines in the business and back them up with the very best in application, sales and technical support.

The Torrice Family

Our staff is experienced and highly qualified. The outside sales team is on the road every day to help you succeed. Our inside sales staff is available to answer your questions and help you design the best systems to meet your customers’ needs. Our marketing team is dedicated to assisting you in marketing and advertising efforts to help your business grow. Our award-winning technical service department can troubleshoot the most challenging situations and our custom sheet metal shop is staffed by the best craftsmen in the trade using the most advanced machinery. Finally, our fleet of large and small trucks spread across New England each morning, delivering what you need, when you need it.

When our father, Sam Torrice, started the company in 1958, he stated:

The objective of the S. G. Torrice Company is to create and maintain mutually beneficial, solid relationships with our dealers with the ultimate goal being the continued long-term success of both our companies.

This objective has not changed. The emphasis was - and is - on "long-term". We have come a long way since 1958. The future will be no less challenging, but together we will continue to succeed.
