Exciting Update: Transition to Shopping on Ferguson.com
We are pleased to announce an exciting development at S. G. Torrice. In June 2023, we were acquired by Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. Over the past year, while continuing to operate as S. G. Torrice, we have leveraged Ferguson’s vast resources and expanded our product offerings for your benefit, our valued customers.
To further enhance our service and fully capitalize on the value of this acquisition, we will transition to Ferguson’s business management software on October 21, 2024. This transition provides significant benefits for your business, including:
- Improved Inventory Visibility: With access to Ferguson's extensive network of branches and distribution centers, we will have greater visibility into stock availability, ensuring faster access to the products you need.
- Enhanced Efficiency: The new system streamlines our operations, enabling us to process orders more quickly and efficiently, reducing lead times.
- Broader Product Availability: The new system enables us to offer a more comprehensive range of products, ensuring you have access to the equipment and supplies you need when you need them.
- Access to Programs, Resources, & Promotions: This transition provides full access to Ferguson’s best-in-class dealer programs, promotions, and tools.
What does this mean for SGTorrice.com?
As part of the transition, online ordering and bill payment will no longer be available on sgtorrice.com beginning on Thursday, October 17th at 5:00 p.m. through the weekend. Effective Monday, October 21st, these services will now be available on ferguson.com. While the S. G. Torrice website will remain accessible for warranty claims and our training schedule for the foreseeable future, online ordering and bill payment will no longer be supported here.
- On Friday, October 18th, orders can be placed by calling our Inside Sales team at 978-657-5436 or by calling your preferred S. G. Torrice branch.
- Effective Monday, October 21st, all online ordering will be available on com
- Active sgtorrice.com users WITHOUT a ferguson.com account will receive an email on the evening of Sunday, October 20th, with instructions on how to activate their ferguson.com account.
- Active sgtorrice.com users WITH a ferguson.com account will see a new account on their Job Board designated to S. G. Torrice on Monday, October 21st. Use the account designated with “(SGT)” to shop for HVAC equipment and products.
